By accessing or using this website, or by submitting a consultation or contact request through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to North Texas Surgical Arts.
2. Not Medical Advice

Viewing this site, contacting us, or requesting a consultation does not create a physician–patient relationship. Every procedure carries risks and benefits that depend on your individual health and goals — always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decision about treatment.
3. Eligibility
This website and its services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Some content, including before-and-after galleries, is age-restricted and shown only after you confirm you are 18 or older.
4. Consultations & Appointments
Consultation and appointment requests submitted through this site are requests only and are not confirmed until our team contacts you. Scheduling may be handled through a third-party booking provider, whose terms also apply. A valid credit card is required to reserve a consultation appointment; the initial consultation is complimentary, but your card may be charged a $100 fee for a no-show or for a cancellation made within 48 hours of the appointment. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
5. Fees, Payments & Financing
Prices for procedures are quoted at the time of consultation, are specific to your treatment plan, and may change. Fees, deposits, and refund or cancellation terms for any procedure are set out in the documents you sign at the practice. Financing is offered through independent third-party providers (such as Cherry and PatientFi); approval, rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by those providers under their own agreements.
6. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. Photographs and testimonials on this site reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome. Unless noted otherwise, before-and-after images are of actual patients.
